What should we do if GTM access was removed or changed?

How to restore Userguest tracking after GTM access changes

GTM access changes often happen when a new agency is onboarded or when containers are updated. When this occurs, Userguest tracking may stop working.

To restore the setup:

  • Re-add Userguest access to the new GTM container
  • Ensure Userguest tags or scripts are copied and published
  • Notify your CSM so we can re-validate tracking

Once informed, we’ll confirm that everything is functioning correctly and that no data is lost.
