Before we can onboard your property on Userguest, we need a clear understanding of both your technical setup and your commercial objectives. This information allows us to configure tracking correctly, personalize campaigns, and ensure that everything works smoothly from day one.
To begin onboarding, please prepare the following details:

Property name and brand, exactly as displayed publicly

Number of rooms, which helps with benchmarks and reporting

Booking engine URL, where conversions take place

PMS / CRS provider, to ensure technical compatibility

Contact details for marketing and revenue stakeholders

Your main commercial objectives, such as increasing direct bookings, improving parity messaging, or promoting specific offers
