The calendar view in Userguest helps you quickly understand demand, availability, and revenue performance by date, supporting smarter campaign planning and optimization decisions.

Demand and availability indicators

This view shows how users search and select stay dates over time.
You can identify:

  • High-demand periods based on search activity

  • Most searched vs most booked dates

  • Demand trends ahead of actual bookings

Availability levels are based on booking engine data and help highlight:

  • Dates with constrained inventory

  • Fully open or low-occupancy periods

 


 

Revenue and booking performance

Revenue indicators are calculated from confirmed tracked bookings and typically include:

  • Revenue per date

  • ADR (Average Daily Rate)

  • Conversion rate (CVR)

  • Stay vs. search distribution

These metrics help you understand which dates generate the most value, not just the most interest.


 

How to use this view

By combining demand, availability, and revenue data, you can:

  • Spot high-demand / low-availability dates (protect revenue)

  • Identify low-demand / high-availability dates (opportunities for campaigns)
