What happens after onboarding and before your property goes live
Once you decide to move forward with Userguest, our team takes full ownership of the setup process to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to live usage.
During this phase, we will:

Validate your technical setup
Including Google Tag Manager (GTM), tracking configuration, and data flow -
Configure your Userguest dashboard
Based on your property structure and agreed commercial objectives -
Set up initial personalization and on-site messages
Such as banners, widgets, or campaign logic defined during onboarding -
Perform a full quality check
To ensure tracking accuracy, correct message behavior, and overall stability -
Send a formal Go-Live confirmation
Confirming that your account is fully operational and ready for use
You don’t need to coordinate between teams or manage technical details yourself. Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will keep you informed throughout this phase and confirm once everything is live and ready.
