How should we securely provide access (GTM, BE, PMS) without sharing passwords?

For security reasons, Userguest never asks for passwords. Access should always be provided using role-based permissions or dedicated technical users.

For Google Tag Manager (GTM):

• Go to Admin → User Management
• Add the Userguest email provided by your CSM
• Grant Editor permissions (workspace access only)

For Booking Engine or PMS access:

• Create a dedicated technical user if possible
• Limit permissions to what is strictly necessary
• Use secure access methods (never share passwords via email)
