How do we start the trial/onboarding for a property?

A step-by-step overview of how the Userguest trial and onboarding process works

Starting your Userguest trial is a structured and guided process designed to require minimal effort from your team while ensuring a high-quality technical and commercial setup.


Once you confirm that you would like to activate the trial, the onboarding process typically follows these steps:


 1. Trial confirmation
You confirm your intention to start the trial with your Sales Representative.

 2. Property information shared
You provide the required property information to your designated Customer Success Manager (CSM), usually via email.

3. Secure access provided
Your CSM will request secure access to either:
 • Google Tag Manager (GTM), or
 • Your booking engine
This access is required to correctly install and configure tracking.

4. Technical setup by Userguest
Our Integrations team configures tracking, personalization logic, and initial technical settings based on your setup and objectives.

Once these steps are completed, your Userguest account goes live. From that point on, your CSM remains your main point of contact, supporting you throughout the trial and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
