How to update billing or contact email addresses

Updating billing or contact emails is quick and straightforward.

To request a change, please send an email to billing@userguest.com and cc’ your dedicated CSM with the following information:

  • The new email address
  • Whether it should be primary or secondary
  • Any contacts that should be removed

We will update this information promptly.
