How to check whether your campaign or promotion is live

To check whether a campaign is live, you can:

  • Review your dashboard for active campaigns
  • Look for a “live” status next to the offer

  • Ask your CSM for confirmation

If the campaign is not live yet, your CSM will confirm the expected launch timing.
