Can I get Admin access to the Google Ads account?
Understanding Google Ads access levels
Userguest manages Google Ads campaigns through a Manager Account (MCC), which means the campaigns run under our account structure. Admin access to our MCC is not available to clients.
What access you can get
- Viewer / Read-only access — you can see campaigns, spend, and performance without being able to edit
- This is the recommended option to stay informed without risking accidental changes
How to request Viewer access
Ask your CSM — they'll send you a Google Ads access invitation to the specific account linked to your property.
Why we don't grant Admin access
Admin access allows changes to bidding, budgets, and campaign structure. Uncoordinated changes can significantly harm performance. For any change requests, please go through your CSM so we can implement them safely.
