Are our offer and promo code properly bookable?

Before launching any campaign, it's important to confirm that offers work correctly throughout the entire booking flow.

What to validate

• The booking link directly — does it open correctly and show the offer?
• The promo code field — is it visible and does it accept the code?
• Dates and room types — are the right rooms and dates available under the offer?
• Restrictions — are minimum stay or other conditions applied correctly?

How to test

1. Open the booking link associated with your offer
2. Enter the promo code (if applicable) and verify the discounted rate appears
3. Complete a test booking (or take it to payment step) to confirm the full flow works

If something doesn’t work

Share the following with your CSM:

• The booking URL
• A screenshot of the issue
• The promo code being tested
