How to verify that offers and promo codes are fully bookable
Before launching any campaign, it’s important to confirm that offers work correctly throughout the entire booking flow.
To validate bookability, we recommend checking:
- The booking link directly
- The presence of the promo code field
- Dates, room types, and restrictions
If something doesn’t work as expected, please share the URL, a screenshot, and the promo code with your CSM. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue.
